Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and strategically minded Social Media Manager to enhance our brand's presence across all social media platforms. This role will be integral in crafting innovative, engaging, and creative content that not only educates our audience about our products and services but also drives engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligning with our business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily in the form of text, images, and video.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with users, fostering a two-way communication that reflects our values and brand identity.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze engagement data and use it to inform content strategy, identifying trends and opportunities to maximize reach and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and customer support to create a cohesive brand message.
- Stay up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Create engaging campaigns that align with marketing objectives and promotional strategies.
- Manage online reputation and enhance customer experience through proactive management of social conversations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to produce original content that attracts attention.
- Experience with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Google Analytics.
